Look at our list of company values and you will find one that is different from what most companies include: Kindness. We believe it’s important to consider how our actions affect others, both the people we work with and those who live in and around our community.

As a company, we identify and support a number of worthy causes, and encourage our employees to do the same by creating opportunities for them to offer their contributions. Those contributions are sometimes financial. More often, though, we encourage personal, hands-on donations of their time and talent. This form of giving provides the double benefit of aiding others in need while reminding us of our need to be thankful for the good fortune we have been blessed with.

 DMP recently assisted with the local Special Olympics, and provided products and help with a nearby Extreme Makeover home renovation. Like many, we ensure that there are presents under the Christmas trees of several low-income area families.
