NEW DMP TELEPHONE ANSWERING POLICY

DMP is pleased to announce a new telephone answering policy in order to help our dealers experience the best customer service possible, when calling DMP headquarters.
A DMP receptionist will answer all calls to 1-800-641-4282 from 8AM-7PM CDT Monday-Friday. The receptionist can answer any questions you may have or will direct you to the appropriate individual or department for further assistance.
Additionally, an auto-attendant phone line is available 24 hours a day at 1-800-367-4850. This number is the most convenient way to leave a voicemail with anyone at DMP, or if you know the extension and you wish to access a department directly.
