DMP and Hamilton Safe Agreement Provides Integrated Security Solutions To Financial Industry
September 30, 2005
Digital Monitoring Products, DMP, a manufacturer of integrated IP-ready intrusion, access control, and video monitoring systems for financial institutions has entered into a product agreement with Hamilton Safe of Fairfield, Ohio, a nationally recognized manufacturer of banking security equipment. Hamilton Safe will install DMP XR500-based monitoring systems through its base of 85 authorized dealers nationwide.
Hamilton Safes customer base includes small, medium, regional, and national banking institutions.
Were gratified to be working with Hamilton Safe, said Marc Bergeron, DMP Director of Market Development, Banking Solutions, Eastern US and Canada. They are accomplished manufacturers in their own right and our electronic security is the right complement to their line of vaults and other structural security products.
The partnership between DMP and Hamilton Safe is driven in part by customer demand for DMP products, according to Pat Tobin, DMP Director of Market Development, Banking Solutions, Western US. With over 35,000 banking systems installed over the years, weve developed a strong reputation in the financial industry, so more customers are looking for integrators who install and service DMP, he said. Through this partnership, and with Hamiltons excellent reputation as systems integrators for financial institutions, were in a very strong position for growth in the market.
DMP and Hamilton are currently upgrading security for a nationally recognized financial institution with over 4000 branches and 3500 remote ATMs. DMP XR500 panels in the upgrade monitor all points of protection and communicate via secure IP networks with full 128-bit encryption.
