Enhanced Communication Options Featured in DMP ISC East Booth

October 22, 2012

Visitors Will See Latest Fire Signaling and Mobile Control Capabilities

The DMP booth (#1031) at ISC East will have a special focus on the communication features of several DMP panels, including the first-ever, FDNY-approved Network and Cellular fire alarm signaling announced earlier this year. Attendees will be able to experience the remarkable control and convenience capabilities provided by the DMP app and the XT™ and XR™ Series panels.  Participants can test drive Entré™ Access & Security Management System Software, which has ability to integrate access control, security, and fire all in one intuitive interface.

“Events like ISC are great opportunities for security professionals to validate what they’ve been hearing about the latest and greatest products,” said Vice President of Sales, Mark NeSmith. “At the DMP booth, they will be able to see firsthand what our panels and software can do, both for them and for their customers. I am confident that they will come away impressed.”

The hardware being shown at ISC East includes the complete line of DMP panels. From the super-fast installing XTL™ Wireless Security System which now has Wi-Fi capability, to the versatile XT Series™ Burglary/Fire/Door Access Panel to the workhorse XR100/500™, panels will be on hand to meet every residential or commercial application.

For fire alarm control panel (FACP) installations, visitors can learn more about the 463G Digital Cellular Communicator. Used with the DMP XR500 Panel, it provides UL 864-approved standalone communication to Central Stations as well as a Fire Slave input option when used with the DMP463G. The City of New York Fire Department approved the use of Cellular and Network communications for primary fire alarm signaling to central stations.

Get on-board with 3G & 4G cellular communications, now available with ALL DMP residential and commercial panels via various carriers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Attendees interested in offering managed access control will want to investigate Entré CS Access & Security Management System Software. Entré opens the door to operators searching for ways to expand their service offering and generate new incremental recurring revenue.

Everyone is interested in the new capabilities created by mobile apps. Attendees can experience the convenience of the DMP APP available on all cellular-equipped panels that puts the power of remote panel control in the hands of end users. They can send commands via text and also can opt to receive status messages and alarms via text. Beyond providing the ability to arm, disarm, or check the system’s status, the app provides a range of automation features using Z-Wave® modules. Users can control lights, thermostats, door locks, and more, all from an easy-to-use interface that system dealers can customize with their logo. Users can also monitor and record images from up to six cameras.
