If it’s between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on a weekday in Springfield, Missouri, one of our Customer Service representatives is ready to take your call. And for your convenience, we also accept orders by e-mail, fax, and through our e-commerce site for authorized DMP dealers.

If you haven’t used Buy.DMP.com yet, give it a try — your Buy.DMP.com administrator can add you and anyone else who needs access. Not only does it give you the freedom to place orders at any time, day or night, but it also has these features we think you’ll especially like:

Customizable Templates
Did you know you can create templates for items you order regularly on our site? Say, for instance, you frequently purchase the XT50 panel, along with a keypad and some door contacts. Instead of taking the time to select each item individually, you can save them as a named template. That way, when you or others from your company need to order those same items again, just log in, select that template, and update your quantities if necessary. For members of your team who are focusing on a particular vertical market, a template that’s appropriate for that market can save time and ensure accuracy. 

Express Ordering
If you’re looking for the fastest way to place an order online, and you already know what you need, use our site’s Express Ordering. All you need to enter are the items’ part numbers and quantities. 

On the other hand, you may not know which item you need, much less know the part number. No problem. Just select a product category, and you have instant access to our complete product catalog. Click on any one of the items to see the photo and brief description.

In case you want more technical information, it’s there too. Below the description are the links to an item’s installation and programming guides, as well as spec sheets.

Order History
The last 50 orders, no matter how long ago you placed them, are available to review on the Order Summary tab. This helps save time on reorders. Also, when you’re ready to select a drop ship address, we have up to 99 stored for your use in a drop-down menu. When you have a new drop ship address, Customer Service is happy to set that up for you.

Product Availability
Our system confirms the item availability instantly. So, before you place your order, you’ll know what’s in stock.

Pricing
Current price lists, as well as the latest pricing notifications and updates, are available on this site. And, as you select items for an order, the system automatically calculates your total based on your dealer-level pricing.

Shipping
In terms of shipping, if you need your order shipped via Federal Express, we can certainly do that — just call to let us know. Otherwise, our “buy” site defaults to UPS, and your estimated shipping cost will display when you select either Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Your actual shipping cost is sent with your invoice after your order is shipped.  

Please keep in mind…
As long as your order is in our system by 6 p.m., we will strive to ship it out that same day. The minute you place an order, we move very quickly to ship it. In fact, on average, it takes us only about 10 minutes from the time your order is processed in our system for it to go to the warehouse where they pull it and pack it for shipping.
