Did you know you can create templates for items you order regularly on our site? Say, for instance, you frequently purchase the XT50 panel, along with a keypad and some door contacts. Instead of taking the time to select each item individually, you can save them as a named template. That way, when you or others from your company need to order those same items again, just log in, select that template, and update your quantities if necessary. For members of your team who are focusing on a particular vertical market, a template that’s appropriate for that market can save time and ensure accuracy.

Current price lists, as well as the latest pricing notifications and updates, are available on this site. And, as you select items for an order, the system automatically calculates your total based on your dealer-level pricing.
In terms of shipping, if you need your order shipped via Federal Express, we can certainly do that — just call to let us know. Otherwise, our “buy” site defaults to UPS, and your estimated shipping cost will display when you select either Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Your actual shipping cost is sent with your invoice after your order is shipped.

As long as your order is in our system by 6 p.m., we will strive to ship it out that same day. The minute you place an order, we move very quickly to ship it. In fact, on average, it takes us only about 10 minutes from the time your order is processed in our system for it to go to the warehouse where they pull it and pack it for shipping.
