Introducing the Industry’s Most Flexible Fire Communicator — Compatible with Any FACP
UL 864 listed
Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) now offers dealers the most flexible fire slave communicator available … with up to eight paths via Dial-up, Network, or Cellular … in their fire alarm control panel (FACP) systems. The XR100 and XR500 Command Processor Panels have received UL864 as slave communicators in commercial fire installations.
“The XR100/XR500 panels stand out for their communication capabilities,” said DMP Vice President of Sales, Mark NeSmith. “With this new UL listing, DMP now provides a simple, reliable method of adding up to eight communication paths to FACP systems via an XR100 or XR500 panel …and continues our long history of innovation in panel-to-Central Station communication.”
DMP XR100/XR500 Panels are reliable security performers used in a range of commercial applications. The panels can be configured to communicate with the Central Station via as many as eight separate paths. If the primary communication path is lost, DMP exclusive Adaptive Technology switches within milliseconds to one of the backups, ensuring that the panel is always connected to the Central Station. When the primary path is restored, the panel automatically switches back.
With its built-in wireless receiver, the XR100/XR500 can communicate with the DMP 1181 Post Indicator Valve (PIV) and 1182 Outside Screw & Yoke Switch (OS&Y), the industry’s only wireless PIV valve and OS&Y switch.
When equipped with the 463G Digital Cellular Communicator, the panel also offers DMP exclusive In Touch™ Messaging Features, supervised cellular communication, and real-time status information for integration with third-party control and automation systems. In Touch can immediately text the building manager, maintenance supervisor or on-site Safety/Security director upon alarm or troubles.
