DMP Promotes John Luzzo to Director of Market Development, Retail Solutions
Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has promoted John Luzzo to the position of Director of Market Development, Retail Solutions. In his new role, John will work with members of the DMP authorized dealer network, vendor partners, and retailers to promote the sale of DMP products in retail facility applications.
“Customers in a wide variety of markets rely on DMP technology to protect their people, facilities, and merchandise,” said Vice President of Sales, Mark NeSmith. “DMP technology is particularly well-suited to most retail applications, from independent shops to multi-location mega-stores. We know that John will do an outstanding job of helping both DMP dealers and their customers better understand how DMP technology can meet their security and safety needs.”
John is a lifelong learner, earning his business degree early in his career by taking night classes while installing security systems during the day. In addition to his formal education, he’s built extensive industry knowledge, acquiring credentials that include certification in residential and commercial wiring, levels I and II NTS Instruction, and in NBFAA Technical training.
Prior to his recent promotion, John was the DMP Northeast Dealer Development Manager, responsible for DMP dealer-direct sales in that region. While in that role, he drew from his considerable industry expertise as he provided product demonstrations and sales training. He is an experienced security systems expert, with more than 30 years in the field, including experience in technical and field-service management, national accounts, and divisional sales.
