Introducing Customer Score

The Easy Way to Evaluate the Health of Your Accounts
 

Go to Dealer Admin’s Customer Summary page, and you’ll notice a new section called Customer Score. That score is based on criteria that indicates the earnings potential, customer loyalty, and activity of your customers. With the Customer Score, you can see at a glance if you are maximizing your potential and creating high-quality, long-term customers.

Scores are calculated according to the several criteria you can see below. Click on the tool tip icon next to the score to see areas where customer engagement can be improved.
