DMP Celebrates Roxanna Peters, Winner of PSA Vendor Achievement Award
Roxanna Peters, DMP customer service representative, was recognized by the PSA Security Network for outstanding customer service at an awards ceremony during the PSA 2005 Conference and Systems Integration Expo in March. Roxanna, who has been with DMP since 1999, was one of 10 persons chosen by PSA from the security industry for outstanding customer service.
Roxanna has always proven that she will go the extra mile for us, said PSA spokesperson Michelle Roddy. She is always on top of it. She returns calls, emails and faxes in a timely manner, and she provides all the information necessary to help us with processing our orders and inquiries. Roxanna just makes our jobs easier. The Vendor Achievement Award Program (VAAP) was created to acknowledge PSA vendor partners who provide PSA with outstanding service and quality products. Winning vendors were selected based on achieving high scores on a survey completed by PSA members and PSA staff.
