DMP Hires Production Manager Pat Narciso

Springfield, MissouriDigital Monitoring Products, DMP, a manufacturer of advanced alarm, monitoring and IP-ready security systems has announced the hiring of Pat Narciso to lead production at their expanded Springfield facility.
Charged with improving efficiency and productivity at DMP, Narciso joins the company with 25 years in electronics manufacturing with leading companies such as Solectron, 3Com, Motorola, and AT&T.
Hiring Pat is a key part of our plan to gain increased efficiency in our U.S.-based production facility here in Springfield, said Vice President of manufacturing David Peebles. Were proud to have a person onboard with Pats accomplishments in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
DMP takes novel approaches to reaching productivity goals, Narciso said, citing the companys steps to make production in the U.S.competitive without outsourcing. With so many companies exporting production, its rare to get an opportunity like this one, Narciso added. He hopes to expand on DMPs initial steps by assessing current processes and using statistical analysis to achieve greater efficiency in manufacturing.
Narciso holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering. He is married and has two sons.
