DMP 1127 Wireless PIR Motion Detector Earns UL Listed Mark

Industry's First Over the Air Programmable PIR

Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has received authorization from Underwriters Laboratories to apply the UL Listed mark to its 1127 Wireless Passive Infrared Motion Detectors. These wall-mount detectors are available in both a curtain and wide-angle version. The 1127 PIR Detector further expands the long list of DMP wireless products that have earned the UL listing.

 The 1127C Curtain PIR covers a 50-foot detection area using a Fresnel lens. The 1127W is a wide-angle sensor that covers a 36-foot by 84-degree angle area using a Fresnel lens, with pet immunity up to 40 pounds. Both PIRs exhibit excellent R.F.I. and noise immunity, and include a case tamper.

 The 1127 can be configured from the panel, allowing for simple, fast, one-person installation. DMP exclusive features include adjustable sensitivity via panel programming, battery-saving Disarm Disable, pulse count programming that allows multiple triggers before an alarm is initiated, and Walk Test Mode for sensor setup.

 The 1127 PIRs are compatible with all DMP 1100 Series wireless receivers, and both the XT Series™ and XR100/XR500™ Panels.
