Improvements
Inspection Reminder
Updated Version 101 (7/31/24) supports the XF6 Version 241 (8/5/24) Inspection Reminder Update.
To remain in compliance, Fire Alarm Control Panels require an inspection every 3 months, every 6 months, or once a year. Previously, the inspection scheduling was organized by the installing or servicing company.
Now, XF6 Series panels include inspection reminders for fire systems. This allows for the panel to remind the Dealer, Monitoring Center, and End User that an inspection needs to be performed to remain in compliance.
When an inspection is due, the keypad annunciates and displays a message reminding the user that their inspection is due soon. The End User can acknowledge the reminder to silence and clear the message.
A technician can enter into the keypad menu and select that they have completed the inspection. This will reset the inspection reminder countdown.

ICOMSL Series
Version 194 | April 30, 2020
Effective April 30th, 2020, CellCom/iCOM Series Communicators updated Version 194 (4/30/20) firmware is available for download.
Communication Enhancement
When updating a CellCom or iCOM Series Communicator that was Version 182 or lower and using Dealer Admin to program the unit, the communicator would send unnecessary information in communication programming. Dealer Admin would display an error when trying to send programming to these communicators. Updated Version 194 (4/30/20) resolves this issue.
After updating the communicator to Version 194 (4/30/20), it is recommended to retrieve the programming from the communicator using Dealer Admin in order for the error to be resolved.
If you have a CellCom or iCom that is Version 183 or higher, this is not an issue.

SCS-VR
Version 1.4.9 | November 26, 2024
SCS-VR™ software has been updated to Version 1.4.9.
Improvements
Updating to Java 17
In order to be compatible with Oracle’s long-term supported versions, SCS-VR 1.4.9 and later requires Java 17.
Support for OpenJDK
For SCS-VR deployments that require a non-Java solution, SCS-VR 1.4.9 and later supports OpenJDK solutions. Installers can now direct SCS-VR to a Java or OpenJDK instance.
Removal of Duplicate Events
Previously, certain systems reported duplicate events to the monitoring center automation software when receiving more than 4,000 events in one minute. This update resolves this issue, resulting in only a single message per event being sent to the monitoring center automation software from the SCS-VR.
Upgrading or Ordering SCS-VR Software
SCS-VR Software Updates are provided to dealers who have previously purchased an SCS-VR license and are current with their support agreement.
To upgrade SCS-VR, please complete the Pre-Upgrade Checklist before contacting the Software Support Team in DMP Technical Support at 888.436.7832.

Output Raw CID (ContactID) String
This feature has been added to support the upcoming version 202 firmware of DMP Universal Communicators. Upon receipt of those messages, it will process only the CID portion of the message out to the Central Station Automation.
How to Download SCS-150
To download and update the SCS-150, a SD (Secure Digital) card formatted for FAT32 is required.
Refer to the SCS-150 Update Installation (link below) for complete details. To load the software onto the SD Card:
