For everything you need to know about your financial account with us, Dealer Account’s online account management platform makes it convenient and secure. Dealer Account is available to you at any time. And best of all, it’s totally FREE.

Invoice Reprint/Payment
Think of Dealer Account as your private, direct link to your DMP Accounts Receivable specialist. Stay on top of all your pending transactions and payment history. Need to download or print a missing invoice? It’s easy with Dealer Account — simply point and click. If other members of your staff are responsible for managing invoices, cash flow and making payments, your Administrative user can add or delete those individuals. Dealer Account also allows users to review year-to-date purchases and your six-month average days to pay. It's all in one convenient place — even the tracking numbers of your orders. 

We’re doing everything we can to make it easy doing business with us! Your Administrative user will be able to set up your bank account information, allowing you to submit payments from Dealer Account easily and securely. You’ll also have the option to make a payment now or schedule them for future dates. As you may know, you can earn free Ground Freight by paying within 30 days — now, you’ll no longer be at the mercy of the U.S. Postal Service to deliver your check on time.

But Dealer Account is more than just easy. If perhaps there’s something in our records that’s not reconciling with yours, having access to your account provides transparency, eliminating any surprises and ensures accuracy. This is especially helpful in managing your software support.

Software License Visibility
Like you, we want every one of your software licenses to be fully supported. Dealer Account offers software license status. This helps manage your software licenses so your technicians always get the support they need, when they need it.

From the Dashboard, you can quickly see how many licenses you have and the support status. For details, click on the License tab to review who the end user is for each software product and the support status. You can also export this list into Excel, making it easy to share and update.

As you’re reviewing your licensing information, you can review who your license administrators are and add other staff members who need to receive notices as license renewals are approaching. Within 30 days of their support expiration, we will issue emails to these individuals, as well as to your License and Admin users with a link to view the invoice.
