This all-in-one reader works with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) credentials and 125 kHz prox, delivering both cost effectiveness and an easy-to-install solution without requiring any special wiring. Bluetooth operates flexibly through wireless networking at short range. When in range for access control, BLE securely transmits the credential to the reader.
