Barrett Hillenburg to Serve as New Senior Manager of Software and Service Solutions
Barrett Hillenburg has a new role at DMP as senior manager of software and service solutions. He is leading a team of product specialists and UI/UX designers to ensure customer needs are being anticipated and met with responsive results.
“I look forward to continuing to build mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. Collaborating with them on features and capabilities improves their ability to grow their businesses,” said Hillenburg. “My primary focus is to understand the needs of alarm dealers and integrators, then translate their feedback into system administrative tools and service features.”
This team develops Dealer Admin, Virtual Keypad and Entré software platforms. Their dedicated initiatives ensure DMP continues to provide high-quality products and services that stay ahead of the market and deliver solutions customers are asking for.
