 Please see the ports listed in this document to identify what ports need to be opened outbound for your particular product.

If the camera is not adding to Dealer Admin, try resetting the camera. Follow the instructions below.

4000/5000 Series Cameras

1. Hold the reset button.
2. Unplug the camera and plug it back in while continuing to hold the reset for 30 seconds. This will factory reset the device.

6000 Series Cameras

1. Unplug the camera.
2. Wait one minute after it is powered up, but not more than 10 minutes, and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. This will factory reset the device.
