If the camera is not adding to Dealer Admin, try resetting the camera. Follow the instructions below.
4000/5000 Series Cameras
- Hold the reset button.
- Unplug the camera and plug it back in while continuing to hold the reset for 30 seconds. This will factory reset the device.
6000 Series Cameras
- Unplug the camera.
- Wait one minute after it is powered up, but not more than 10 minutes, and hold the reset button for 30 seconds. This will factory reset the device.
